- 1 / 5By Greg DarnellI don’t generally leave negative reviews but after three attempts at Houlihan’s in Schertz TX the only positive I can come up with is “This place is consistently below par”. It could be the time of day or day of the week but the service is a three on a one to ten scale with ten being very good. Ditto this on the taste of the food… a solid three. Houlihan’s is moderately priced but on the high side. It does have atmosphere so I’ll concede and give it a solid five and do the same for parking and access. Wait time, food variety and cleanliness is a four at best. My recommendation is pass on Houlihan’s in Schertz TX. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area.September 20, 2016
